Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or placing an order. By accessing the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to all mandatory rights available under German and European Union consumer law.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Access to and use of zhglxw.shop;

  • Product information and availability;

  • Shopping-cart and checkout functions;

  • Orders and sales contracts;

  • Cash on Delivery payments;

  • Free standard shipping;

  • Delivery and tracking;

  • Cancellations, withdrawals and returns;

  • Refunds and exchanges;

  • Customer-service communications;

  • Reviews and other customer-submitted content.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return and Refund Policy and any other policies published on the Website also form part of the contractual framework.

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer-protection law, the mandatory legal provisions will prevail.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Website” means zhglxw.shop and its associated pages and functions.

“Customer” means any person or legal entity that accesses the Website or places an order.

“Consumer” means a natural person acting primarily for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

“Product” means a physical product offered for sale through the Website.

“Order” means a request submitted by a Customer to purchase one or more Products.

“Cash on Delivery” means a payment method under which the Customer pays the amount due when the Product is delivered.

“Content” means text, images, videos, product information, graphics, reviews, messages and other material displayed or submitted through the Website.

4. Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding purchase contract.

A minor or another person without full legal capacity may place an order only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that:

  • The information provided is accurate and complete;

  • The Customer has legal capacity to enter into the contract; or

  • The necessary consent of a legal representative has been obtained.

We may reject an order where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these requirements have not been met.

5. Nature of the Online Store

zhglxw.shop is an online retail store operated by TØMRERMESTER BO HVID ApS.

The Website is not an open marketplace on which independent users may list or sell their own products.

Customers may use the Website to:

  • View Product information;

  • Select Products and available variants;

  • Add Products to the shopping cart;

  • Submit orders;

  • Select Cash on Delivery where available;

  • Receive delivery information;

  • Contact customer service;

  • Request cancellation, return, exchange or refund.

6. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure that Product descriptions, specifications, prices, photographs and availability information are accurate.

Minor differences may occur due to:

  • Screen settings;

  • Lighting used in Product photography;

  • Normal manufacturing variations;

  • Packaging changes;

  • Minor technical or design updates;

  • Translation or display differences.

Customers should carefully review the Product description and select the correct model, size, colour, quantity and specification before submitting an order.

Nothing in this section limits the Customer’s rights where a Product is defective, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

7. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Adding a Product to the shopping cart does not reserve the Product or guarantee that it will remain available.

If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:

  • Inform the Customer of the delay;

  • Offer an alternative Product with the Customer’s agreement;

  • Cancel the affected Product or order.

A substitute Product will not be supplied without the Customer’s consent.

8. Prices

The applicable Product price will be displayed on the Product page and in the final checkout summary.

Prices shown to consumers include applicable value-added tax where required by law.

Before submitting an order, the Customer will be shown:

  • Product price;

  • Applicable discounts;

  • Standard delivery cost;

  • Any optional charges;

  • Total Cash on Delivery amount.

We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges after the order has been submitted.

9. Free Standard Shipping

Eligible orders delivered to Germany receive free standard shipping.

Customers are not charged ordinary standard delivery fees.

Where an optional express, priority or premium delivery service is offered, the additional charge will be displayed separately and will apply only where the Customer expressly selects it.

Free original delivery does not automatically include free return shipping for a change-of-mind return.

10. Placing an Order

To place an order, the Customer must normally:

  1. Select the Product;

  2. Select all required Product options;

  3. Choose the quantity;

  4. Add the Product to the shopping cart;

  5. Enter contact and delivery information;

  6. Select Cash on Delivery;

  7. Review the order summary;

  8. Accept the applicable terms and policies;

  9. Submit the order using the designated order button.

Before submitting the order, the Customer must check:

  • Full name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Delivery address;

  • Postal code;

  • Product model and variant;

  • Quantity;

  • Total amount payable.

Submitting the order constitutes a binding offer by the Customer to purchase the Products shown in the final order summary.

11. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

After an order is submitted, the Customer may receive an automatic email confirming that the order has been received.

An automatic order-receipt email does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

A sales contract is formed when we:

  • Expressly accept the order;

  • Confirm that the order has entered processing;

  • Send a dispatch confirmation; or

  • Dispatch the Product.

We may contact the Customer before accepting a Cash on Delivery order to verify:

  • Identity;

  • Telephone number;

  • Delivery address;

  • Product selection;

  • Genuine intention to receive and pay for the order.

12. Reasons an Order May Be Rejected

We may reject or cancel an order before contract formation where:

  • The Product is unavailable;

  • The delivery address cannot be served;

  • Required information is missing or incorrect;

  • There is an obvious pricing or Product error;

  • The Customer cannot be contacted for verification;

  • There is reasonable evidence of fraud or misuse;

  • The Customer has repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery packages without a valid reason;

  • The order violates applicable law or these Terms.

Where an order is rejected, the Customer will not be required to pay for it.

13. Cash on Delivery

Eligible orders may be paid by Cash on Delivery.

The Customer must pay the full amount shown in the order confirmation when the package is delivered.

Depending on the courier, payment may be accepted by:

  • Cash;

  • Card;

  • Another payment method supported by the courier.

The Customer is responsible for confirming which payment methods the courier accepts and for having the required amount or payment method available.

Availability of Cash on Delivery may depend on:

  • Delivery location;

  • Order value;

  • Product type;

  • Courier availability;

  • Previous delivery history;

  • Fraud and security checks.

We do not guarantee that Cash on Delivery will be available for every order or address.

14. Customer Responsibilities for Cash on Delivery

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery must ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete;

  • The telephone number is valid and reachable;

  • The recipient is available to receive the package;

  • The required payment amount is available;

  • Any courier communication is answered within a reasonable time.

The Customer must not place a Cash on Delivery order without a genuine intention to accept and pay for it.

15. Refused or Failed Cash on Delivery Orders

A delivery may fail where:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete;

  • The recipient is repeatedly unavailable;

  • The courier cannot contact the Customer;

  • The required payment is unavailable;

  • The Customer refuses the package;

  • The package is not collected from a collection point.

Depending on the courier, the package may be redelivered, held for collection or returned to the sender.

Simply refusing the package does not necessarily replace a clear cancellation or withdrawal declaration.

Where permitted by law, reasonable and documented additional costs caused by incorrect information, repeated non-availability or unjustified refusal may be taken into account.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Order Changes

Order processing may begin shortly after submission.

Customers should contact us immediately to request changes to:

  • Product model;

  • Size;

  • Colour;

  • Specification;

  • Quantity;

  • Delivery address;

  • Contact information.

Requests must be sent to:

nampham11012001@gmail.com

Please include the order number and the requested change.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing, packing or shipment preparation.

17. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

The cancellation request should include:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email address used for the order;

  • Clear cancellation statement.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed, packed or dispatched.

Where operational cancellation is no longer possible, the Customer may exercise any applicable statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the Product.

18. Delivery

Products are delivered through courier or logistics providers selected by us.

The Customer authorizes us and the courier to use the supplied contact information where necessary to:

  • Confirm the delivery address;

  • Arrange delivery;

  • Provide tracking updates;

  • Request delivery instructions;

  • Confirm the Cash on Delivery amount;

  • Resolve a failed delivery attempt.

Estimated delivery periods will be stated on the Product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation or in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Unless a different period has been expressly agreed, delivery will be completed within the period required by applicable law.

19. Delivery Risk

For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with us until the Product is physically delivered to:

  • The Customer; or

  • A third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier.

Where the Customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by us, the applicable legal rules may differ.

20. Multiple Packages

An order may be divided into multiple packages where:

  • Products are stored at different locations;

  • Products become available at different times;

  • The size or weight requires separate shipment;

  • Different couriers are used.

Customers may receive separate tracking numbers.

No additional standard shipping charge will be imposed merely because an order is divided into multiple packages.

21. Delayed or Missing Delivery

If delivery is delayed, the Customer should contact:

nampham11012001@gmail.com

Please provide the order number and tracking information.

We may:

  • Contact the courier;

  • Open a delivery investigation;

  • Provide updated tracking information;

  • Arrange replacement where appropriate;

  • Offer another legally required remedy.

Where an agreed or legally applicable delivery deadline is not met, the Customer may have the right to set an additional reasonable deadline and, where delivery still does not occur, terminate the contract.

22. Fourteen-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing Products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, receives the Product.

Where Products are delivered separately, the period begins when the final Product is received.

The Customer must communicate the decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted to:

nampham11012001@gmail.com

23. Electronic Withdrawal Function

Where required by German law, zhglxw.shop will provide a clearly labelled and easily accessible electronic withdrawal function during the applicable withdrawal period.

After the Customer submits an electronic withdrawal declaration, confirmation will be provided in a durable format where required.

The electronic function does not prevent the Customer from using another legally accepted method, including email.

24. Returns

Customers must contact customer service before sending a Product back.

After reviewing the request, we will provide:

  • Return authorization;

  • Return instructions;

  • The applicable return address;

  • Information about return costs;

  • Packaging and shipping requirements.

The registered company address is not automatically the return address.

Products sent without instructions or to an unauthorized address may be delayed or impossible to identify.

25. Return Costs

For a return based solely on a change of mind, the Customer may be responsible for the direct return-shipping costs, provided that this responsibility was properly disclosed before the contract was concluded.

Where a Product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return costs will be borne or reimbursed by us as required by law.

Further conditions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

26. Cash on Delivery Refunds

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders cannot normally be returned in cash by the courier.

Where a refund is approved, the Customer may be asked to provide:

  • Account-holder name;

  • IBAN or other required bank details;

  • BIC, where necessary;

  • Order number;

  • Information required to verify the refund recipient.

The refund method will be agreed without imposing additional costs on the Customer.

We may withhold a withdrawal refund until:

  • The returned Product has been received; or

  • The Customer provides adequate evidence that it has been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

27. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Products supplied to consumers must conform to the sales contract.

A Product may be non-conforming where it:

  • Is defective;

  • Was damaged before delivery;

  • Is not as described;

  • Is the wrong Product;

  • Is missing important components;

  • Does not provide the promised functionality.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the Customer may be entitled to:

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Delivery of missing components;

  • Price reduction;

  • Termination of the contract and refund.

Repair or replacement will be provided without charge where legally required.

These rights are independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal.

28. Statutory Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the mandatory statutory rights applicable to defective or non-conforming goods.

Any commercial warranty offered for a Product applies in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, these statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or shortens a mandatory statutory guarantee period.

29. Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, Customers are responsible for:

  • Choosing a secure password;

  • Keeping login information confidential;

  • Preventing unauthorized access;

  • Maintaining accurate account information;

  • Informing us promptly of suspected misuse.

We may temporarily restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized access, fraud, serious misuse or a material breach of these Terms.

30. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable law;

  • Submit false identity or delivery information;

  • Place orders without a genuine intention to purchase;

  • Abuse Cash on Delivery services;

  • Submit fraudulent refund or damage claims;

  • Interfere with Website security;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

  • Upload malware or harmful code;

  • Copy Website Content for unauthorized commercial use;

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

  • Publish unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

Where reasonably necessary, we may reject orders, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove unlawful content or notify competent authorities.

31. Reviews and User Content

Where the Website allows reviews, comments, photographs or other content, the user confirms that:

  • The content is accurate;

  • The user is entitled to submit it;

  • It does not infringe third-party rights;

  • It does not contain unlawful or malicious material.

We may remove or restrict content that violates applicable law, third-party rights or these Terms.

32. Intellectual Property

The Website and its Content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

The relevant rights belong to us, our licensors or other authorized rights holders.

Users may use the Website for personal shopping and information purposes.

Without prior permission, users must not:

  • Reproduce Content for commercial use;

  • Copy Product images or descriptions;

  • Modify or redistribute Website Content;

  • Use our branding in a misleading manner;

  • Build a competing service using protected Content.

33. Third-Party Services

The Website may use services provided by third parties, including:

  • Couriers;

  • Tracking providers;

  • Hosting providers;

  • Customer-support providers;

  • Analytics services;

  • Fraud-prevention providers.

Independent third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

This provision does not exclude any responsibility that we are legally required to retain when selecting or using service providers.

34. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be processed to:

  • Process orders;

  • Verify Cash on Delivery requests;

  • Arrange free delivery;

  • Communicate with Customers;

  • Process returns and refunds;

  • Prevent fraud;

  • Comply with legal obligations;

  • Protect Website security.

35. Website Availability

We take reasonable measures to maintain the Website and its security.

Continuous and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Website may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance;

  • Security updates;

  • Technical faults;

  • Server or network failures;

  • Courier or third-party service disruption;

  • Cybersecurity incidents;

  • Government measures;

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

36. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where exclusion or restriction is prohibited, including liability for:

  • Intentional misconduct;

  • Gross negligence;

  • Death or personal injury;

  • Fraudulent concealment;

  • Breach of an expressly assumed guarantee;

  • Mandatory product liability;

  • Other legally non-excludable obligations.

Where legally permitted, liability for a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty may be limited to the loss that was reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

37. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by extraordinary events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • War or civil disturbance;

  • Epidemics;

  • Strikes;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Border closures;

  • Major transport interruptions;

  • Serious courier disruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance when reasonably possible.

Rights arising from a substantial delivery delay remain unaffected.

38. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use because of:

  • Changes in applicable law;

  • Regulatory or court guidance;

  • Changes to Website functions;

  • Changes to Cash on Delivery or delivery processes;

  • Security developments;

  • Changes in business operations.

The current version will be published on zhglxw.shop.

Changes will not normally apply retroactively to orders already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the Customer.

39. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts concluded through zhglxw.shop are generally governed by Danish law.

For consumers residing in Germany, this choice of law does not remove the protection provided by mandatory provisions of German consumer law that would otherwise apply.

Mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-access rights remain unaffected.

40. Complaints and Disputes

Customers should contact us first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Complaints should include:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email address used for the order;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Relevant photographs or documents.

The use of our internal complaint procedure does not prevent a Customer from contacting a competent consumer-protection body, dispute-resolution body or court.

41. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.

The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable statutory rule and not by a provision that unfairly disadvantages the Customer.
